You need to kill Entropic Ooze for the slime in and around either the Heart, Limb, or Tears of Vodrassill.

You do not gather the ooze from the area around Grizzlemaw!

What to do

StorylineGrizzly Hills, step 55 of 115

Description

My ancestors once planted a tree in the middle of the Grizzly Hills. It was called Vordrassil and it was to become a world tree. For reasons long forgotten, after the tree was fully grown, they decided it needed to be destroyed. Its giant trunk splintered at three locations in the area to the north. Where the tree touched the ground, foul ooze began to crawl the earth. Bring me slime samples so I can begin my work and the earth can be healed.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Just because someone's dead it doesn't mean they're out of the picture. Southwest of here, near Vordrassil Pass, lives a blind woman who goes by the name Ruuna the Blind.
