To find Drugon the Frostblood:
Fly to Stonehoof Watch (Highmountain).
Head south until you come to the fork in the path at 59.5, 68.3. Head to your right, taking the path up the mountain.
After a short while you will come to a clearing with a half-circle formed of a spinal column. Drugon hangs out right in front of them.
Before being engaged, he has 391 million health. I suggest you bring a friend.
If you are a hunter and having difficulty with phasing in the boss area please make sure to complete your artifact quest
