Herrkrop's body is at /way 66.23 40.61, Use the Torch of Pyrreth toy to uncover it.
A boat will come in, and Athalton Jones will jump out. Talk to him.
Then speak to everyone else on the beach, including Scrapes who is sitting on a box.

Quest is nowhere to be found. Thought we were all able to participate in the event even without buying TWW?
It seems that level 20 free to play players can't get this quest, even if it shows level 10 as requirement.
This is a big disappointment for me.
You cannot get the following quests and therefore neither the achievements nor the [currency=3100] rewards.
