I present to you Tailoring Questline in BFA 8.1.5. You have to do 11 Quests after finish chain you will be able to do [item=164733]. To start This chain you need to have profesion on maximum.

1. A Friend in Needle - Quest i given by [npc=145022] 77 12 in Boralus.
2. A Stitch in Time
3. Tearing at the Seams
4. Rolling Up the Sleeves
5. The Severed Thread
6. Step Into Her Shoes
7. If The Shoe Fits...
8. Seam Stress
9. Saving Nine
10. Killing Time
11. Cut from the Same Cloth

After finish You will be able to do [item=164733] You will need to collect :

1x [item=168129] Drop from King Dazar in [zone=9526] ( From Normal )
1x [item=168128] Drop from [npc=143577] in [zone=9028] ( From Normal )
1x [item=168130] Drop from [npc=128652] in [zone=9354] ( From Normal )
1x [item=168131] Drop from [npc=133392] in [zone=9527] ( From Normal )
100 x Tidespray Linen ( From drop or AH )
100 x Nylon Thread Buy from NPC
10x [item=152668] ( From WQ or Scrap Mach. )

The Tools of the Trade: Tailoring Questline starts at Kul Tiran or Zandalari Tailoring Skill 150. Upon relogin into the game or leaving the area and returning to the trainer, next time you will see Timeweaver Delormi near the trainer. She will provide the quest titled A Friend in Needle.
