I just did this quest set and had issue trying to turn it in ...I had to completely turn off all addons and fully log out of the game down to desktop and restart the game again to finally turn it in at the NPC.

Description
I need to speak with my parents again. I think my father and I have a bit to discuss. Meet me back at Stormwind Keep. I would like to thank you in a more formal manner.
