If for some reason you dropped this quest, you have to pick it up again at your covenant's stronghold. I'm saying this because in my quest log the campaign log was telling me to pick this quest at the Kyrian covenant instead of Necrolords (my actual covenant).

Description
Your reputation precedes you, Maw Walker... braving the Maw and bringing Baron Mograine back in one piece... That was most impressive! With our dire shortage of souls, we'll need you to do that again. Bring us more willing souls so we can restore this sanctum's power! Seek out the broker who aided you before and ask if she will do so again. You may need her.
