The Speaker is a quest for level 80 in Dornogal. It rewards 1,450 experience and money.
So there is someone else who has experienced something close to what I experienced. Yet it is not the same.
I must speak with him.

It seems like nothing happens after turning in the quest. You won't get another Quest from Magni or Orweyna. They will talk with Moira though, which could be interesting for you if you are into that sort of stuff :)
So we traded one speaker for another. I want Magni back -.-
