Quest line seems to end here at this time. No follow-up anywhere as far as I can tell.

You can climb the rubble at the back of the cave and see where it comes out on the other side of the mountain. Seems to be an invisile wall preventing you to pass through tho, sadly. (At least I didn't find a way through...) Same from the other side.
The ledger and the titan memory-VR-projector remained in my bags also. Going to keep them around for now, see if more storyline gets added in later patches and/or at higher renown (since Blizzard used both of those approaches in DF storylines).

What to do
Description
Dornic... Galan... I've heard those names at the Proscenium! But who was speakin'? They were nae happy with Galan. All those earthen bodies... Repurposed... like reprogrammed? Tae protect what? Let's chase the other signal. Looks like it leads up ahead intae the hills. I'm goin' to stay here with Brinthe an' investigate this tower further. You take the device.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Old Orders
Long ago, there were once plans to build a tunnel through the mountain into Dornogal. Before excavation could begin, the surrounding area was suddenly abandoned. There is no record of what happened. Only a... deterrence--the field--that keeps earthen away from this region.
