The Trainer's Challenge: Ningna Darkwheel

Another tough fight, and, same as the others, the easiest way is to just get in line and help the people before you with DPS while you wait your turn and hope someone is behind you to help you (once you've defeated her, you can't assist in the fight).

She has several direct damage abilities that was hitting my 413 Moonkin for 30k each (ranged). She also has an AOE consisting of red spheres, if any of them touch you you take 70k over 8 seconds. Each. It also looked like (from other people fighting her) that her melees hit equally hard.

You'll have 1 minute to chew her down, which is why multiple people hitting her makes a big difference.

Oh, and dying means spawning back at that PITA graveyard out in the ocean. Head around the south side of the mainland and there's a ramp up around 60, 50.

451 Feral Druid. Best thing I found is to just pop all CD's and kill her as fast as possible.

When she casts harmful spheres, back out of them and run around to find a decent spot to attack her. I couldn't move her away from the spheres and she just blasts you with ranged so don't wait them out.

If you have trouble soloing these quests, try getting your terracotta fragment from Jonn-Dar in Valley of the Four Winds. It's a great trinket that gives you a Tank that scales with your lvl. At lvl 90 it has about 500k health and also aggro's right of the bat. Only thing, I can't heal it during combat, but if you could, you would nearly be invincible. Hope this helps?
