This quest requires you to defeat Suchi the Sweet, who you access via conversation. At current gear levels the fight is no joke and the fight mechanics can't be ignored.
She will spam an AoE spell called Sunfire, which has a very short cast time to begin with and gets faster as the fight progresses. She can be defeated by interrupting and stunning her, but a much much easier method is to simply run around in circles as she casts it, occasionally passing through her to hit her. She will pause occasionally for perhaps five seconds, during which time you are safe to stop and dps her.
She also uses solar beam to AoE silence, so move out of it to cast.
Finally, she has an aura, Radiance, that does 15k ticks of magic damage every 2 seconds.
All of her damage is AoE, so pet classes should have an easy time with her, unless she spams Sunfire at random targets rather than the primary threat target.
Each of the Trainer's Challenges has a timer, shown by a buff on the NPC called Race Against the Clock. You have at most 60 seconds to defeat them.
Again, it's tough. Best of luck. Oh yeah, and the quickest way back from the graveyard is to head south from the spirit rezzer, there's a path up the cliff just around the corner. Ask me how I know.

Be careful with AOE's if there are opposing faction players who decide to walk through them otherwise you will get a nice beating by the guards, then a lovely walk back to your corpse.
I tried to do this as tank spec on my paladin. No dice. afetr 60-90 secs combat ended and the npc yelled that they won.
I switched to Ret and kept running around and stunning and spamming aoe and dmg. I finished them off in about 30 secs doing 25k dps.
So in summary you have a time limit to get them down to 1 hp and it requires doing massive dps to them while not getting hit by their attacks too much.
PS... didnt realize they had a timer buff ... makes sense now

Description
Today you will face Suchi the Sweet in the training ring. Despite her sweet exterior, she is a tough opponent. She attacks swiftly and surely, but such potent attacks can become tiring over time. If you hope to defeat her, you will need to concentrate your damage when she is weakened. Speak to Suchi to begin the duel. Good luck.
