TheWoWDBFirst and foremost, considering it wasn't mentioned in the previous posts, you have to have the Reshii wraps equipped. Secondly, go to the platform and click the centre bit which will phase you. You will also receive an action button that will unphase you and return you to normal. After that, you might see that the NPC who offered the quest in the first place might seem like you can't complete the quest. Well, here, talk to him again, you will see the quest greyed out. Click the quest, and another window will come up giving you the option to complete the quest.

Completing this was pretty bugged for me. I had to abandon the quest several times. What worked is going slow. Accept quest > wait a minute before clicking the circle. Then wait at least another minute before using the action button to return. Be patient!
This quest was bugged for me, I tried several things but logging out gave me credit for the quest. I logged out and back in after phasing back to normal and i was able to turn the quest in.

Description
The Reshii Wraps that the Harbinger gave you allow you to briefly transform into energy and fall into Untethered Space. This is a nightmare for all ethereals--a natural result of losing our wraps and radiating away our energy. We can control the process by properly attuning with the Phase Conduit, letting us visit this sub-realm and return intact. That is the theory. We have tested it with K'areshi Phase Divers, but not with one of your kind. Are you willing to risk the journey to Untethered Space?

I represent a group within the Trust tasked with a dangerous but vital job--Phase Diving. I was at Overlook Zo'Shuul when the Harbinger transformed you into energy. It is similar to that, but more profitable. The Trust embarks on Phase Dives to help replenish our energy reserves.
