On your minimap, you'll see yellow dots that mark Void Tempest mobs. Kill those and use the Void Lure on their corpses. Do this three times.

Then fly over to 57.20 18.39 as Aerynsun mentioned. Use the lure on the skeletons to summon and kill the big worm.

Quest is not where it is marked on the World Map. You first encounter Leona at 59.42 24.12 but you will probably encounter her while phase diving (because the quest to talk to her is given by same guy who asks you to phase dive).

Just exit phase diving by right clicking the phase dive buff to continue her storyline.

1. Exit phase diving by right clicking the buff
2. Kill Void Tempest (looks like a wind elemental)
3. Use Void Lure quest item on corpse
4. Go to 57.20 18.35
5. Use Void Lure on the blue arrow
6. Kill Ramon'ta

Description

The Void espouses all truths, {name}. And in none of them do I defeat Ramon'ta without some help. And here you are. My quarry is a cosmic worm known as Ramon'ta the Insatiable. It started out small enough, but with each void entity it feasts upon, it grows, and its power grows along with it. If we can defeat it, I can claim its power. Will you help me?
