The Tabiqa

The Tabiqa is a quest for level 80 in K'aresh. It is step 15 of 15 in the Desert Power storyline, the final step. The quest's turn-in marker is in K'aresh at 74.4, 30.4. It rewards 11,750 experience and money. Completing it counts toward 1 achievement.

Description

My followers long for the days when they were oracles. They yearn to hear the Song of K'aresh. I am a realist. The evil of the Ravel, of Dimensius--they have destroyed the beauty that was our Worldsoul.

But you have gathered the items for the Tabiqa. So I will attempt it. When I hear the void of K'aresh's absence, there will be consequences.

The game provides little explanation regarding the rewards or the significance of your fiber choice. After completing the quest, you will receive Another World that introduces the basics of the cloak system.

Additionally, your initial fiber selection ([item=238037], [item=238039], [item=238040], or [item=238041]) does not matter, as you can purchase all fiber types from the vendor [npc=241588] for 100 gold each once the quest is turned in.

Click the 3 items on the table then talk to Soul-Scribe. If unable to interact, /reload
Also, this is the end of the Campaign for week 1 S3 of TWW. More will be unlocked in one week.

Agree w/ @Wexus - the fiber choice doesn't matter also because you will want to place a fiber crafting order to boost your cloak's item level

The Tabiqa has not been attempted for thousands of years. It was clear that the Devouring War destroyed K'aresh. And yet, looking at this dome... they have recreated so much that I thought lost forever--fresh water, clean air, even the zaranit flowers I thought extinct.
