The game provides little explanation regarding the rewards or the significance of your fiber choice. After completing the quest, you will receive Another World that introduces the basics of the cloak system.

Additionally, your initial fiber selection ([item=238037], [item=238039], [item=238040], or [item=238041]) does not matter, as you can purchase all fiber types from the vendor [npc=241588] for 100 gold each once the quest is turned in.

Agree w/ @Wexus - the fiber choice doesn't matter also because you will want to place a fiber crafting order to boost your cloak's item level

Description

My followers long for the days when they were oracles. They yearn to hear the Song of K'aresh. I am a realist. The evil of the Ravel, of Dimensius--they have destroyed the beauty that was our Worldsoul. But you have gathered the items for the Tabiqa. So I will attempt it. When I hear the void of K'aresh's absence, there will be consequences.
