I recommend waiting until the little conversation with the giant is finished to turn this in. When I turned it in, the giant despawned and I missed his part of the conversation.
Ok, since I went back to the farm and still don't know his name I'm transcribing it from a video.
Farnee: Oi, watch out Champion! It's moving!
Harmot: Hah, it worked! It's awake!
Harmot: By the shapers...
Harmot: He's... magnificent!
Awakened Mountain Giant: Pain... no... more? Little... stones... help?
Farnee: Wait, hold your honeycomb... Mountain giants can talk?
Harmot: Of course they can talk, Farnee! They're just like you and I!
Harmot: And yes, we helped! Fire and earth made the pain go away!
* The mountain giant rumbles as he looks between you and the earthen. *
Harmot: It was mostly Champion who helped! Speaking of which, do you have a name big fella?
Awakened Mountain Giant: Name? I... forget... sleeping... long time...
Farnee: Oh, do we know the feeling.
Harmot: Well, I'm Harmot! And this Farnee.
Awakened Mountain Giant: Harm... ee... and... Far... mot.
Farnee: Far -- oh, forget it. Close enough.
Harmot: This is so exciting. I've got a quarry full of questions to ask. Let's head up the path and chat!
Farnee: Harmot! Don't you dare lead him to my farm. If he tramples Shalehoof or steps on my hut...
Harmot: Follow me, big fella! Farmot's got a nice spot up that hill! Then he appears back at the cabin and Harmot has some dialogue options. Giant does not.

you should start with Lost Delivery wich is given by a sack on the ground in /way 55.57, 56.48 ...
If the giant is still under water and you cant click on it log out then log back in. It will be standing up half out of the water and will be able to be clicked on then. At least that is what worked for me.

What to do
Description
By the Coreway, this stuff packs a punch! Combining healing silt with the molten fusion properties of fire honey has given us a salve that could wake a whole mountain! Which is exactly what you'll do. Take the mixture over to our wounded friend in Farnee's pond, and slap it on his hide! It should be enough to wake him up and alleviate any soreness. Hopefully, anyways.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Lots and Lots of Fire Honey
If Harmot wants to patch this sleeping boulder up and get him out of my pond, I'm all for it. Unfortunately, we used the last of my store of fire honey on Shalehoof's wound. I haven't had time to harvest any from the Cinderwold with all these elementals running amok.
