I can't do spoiler markups in replies, so here's the explanation for "they" versus "she" that the first comment is complaining about.

Jan'alai can be reborn as either male or female, which is why one of her epitaphs is 'mistress and master of the flame.' Characters use 'they' before the rebirth because the gender is currently indeterminate, like an unborn baby. Once Jan'alai is reborn specifically as female in this cycle, the characters switch to using 'she.'

Description

Chief Vun'zarah knew little of Jan'alai, but he did know about their loa speaker. If dey are still at de temple, then there is hope we can resurrect de loa. <Zul'jarra's hand tightens on her axe.> Makin' Akil'zon flee, woundin' Halazzi, sendin' Nalorakk into a rage, and killin' Jan'alai... My grandfather and Malacrass have so much to pay for.

For some reason, Blizz have referred to Jan'alai as they/them here, but SHE was and is canonically female before and after this mistake

It’s actually a specific lore point rather than a mistake. The game clarifies this really clearly at the end of Jan'alai's part of the questline.
