TheWoWDBDrag him over near the Oil Kegs and point him so that he hits said kegs with his AoE attack. If he destroys an Oil Keg it will debuff him with [spell=126369]. Once he's debuffed attack him with fire damage to inflict [spell=126528] (if you don't have a fire damage spell, wait till the Shadow-Pan Rangers ignite him). The debuff will inflict alot of damage as well as causing him to take 50% more damage in addition to the Rangers attacking him. Rinse and repeat till dead.
