I reached 100 Manifested Torment, solo, quest did not update, and all ground nodes lost interaction, could not complete quest and had to abandon. I think I got exactly 100/100 which caused it to bug out, which is stupid because it should be considered complete. Just had to abandon and do it a 2nd time.

Description
<A broker device has been abandoned here. It seems like it was being used to siphon energy from rifts of soul energy that have erupted in the area. The brokers surely would not have sought to harness this energy if it didn't have a use. Perhaps you should finish what they started.>
