Empowering Trait Questlines
There are seven questlines, providing variation among roles and specializations. You can pick up this quest after earning 35 traits on an artifact weapon. The quest starts from The Broken Shore: Investigating the Legion and Khadgar encourages you to find Mysterious Runebound Scroll from a random mob on the Broken Shore. Which gives you Legion Threat: Suramar and then Legion Threat: The Necromancer

Description

It looks like Raest is out of our reach, but at least his cultists should prove less of a threat. We should return to the Kirin Tor. They should be able to help us plan our next move.
