TheWoWDBKilled her twice but it wouldn't register as completing the WQ. I finally realized that as I moved closer to the circle of stones, where she spawns, I am considered outside of this WQ's boundaries (see your minimap). Make sure you pull her into the WQ's shaded area for the kill.

I had the WQ pop when I entered the area, and then it kept disappearing after a couple of seconds. I haven't finished the quest chain around that area (I can't fly out of Falconhurst), so that might have something to do with it as I saw another player phase in and out briefly.
