TheWoWDBI saw this on my map as Alliance but there was no information. It is an auto accept quest that you can complete and turn in to Provisioner Fray. She is located in the Harbormaster's Office in Boralus.

Is there a bug with the daily world quest checker on Wowhead, which causes quests to be displayed i the quest tracker, but do not actually show up in game for players?
Do Work Order: quests stop showing up on the map in game, once you have attained rank 3? The reason I ask is that today's quest is this one but it is not on the map in game for me. I do have rank 3 though already for this enchant.
I'm only starting to try and figure out what's going on with Work Order quests since I'm still missing two enchants for weapons at rank 3, but this is after checking all maps every day for 3 weeks..not sure what's going on. The two enchants for weapons Im missing have never been listed as dailies for me in the quest tracker tool.
