TheWoWDBThis quest doesnt work for me 25.11.2020.
You can click the incense burner, but it does not trigger the mobs, IE you can not finish the quest.
Tried with addons, no addons, reacquiring, re phasing.
Edit: I went back to Oribos, did some crafting. (did not remove the quest), then went BACK to bastion and it triggered this time. No idea why it does this, but it is a temporary fix if it bugs for you as well.

As a workaround: there's no need to switch to War Mode or going back to Oribos or sacrificing a lamb or doing voodoo black magic. Simply open the group finder and try to join to groups Questing in Bastion (because probably they are in different shards or servers). While I was in the 3rd group, the small cats finally awake two by two and the [npc=160110] after them.
I fixed this issue by joining a random group and phasing into another realm.
Worked for me!
