The first 5 quests on this achievement can be started without any pre-requisites

Seeds of Evil - Starts at Aliya Hillhelm at 61.2, 30.6
Follow Miral - Available after completing Seeds of Evil
Save Tomothy - Available after completing Follow Miral
Keep the Home Fires Burning - Starts at Aliya Hillhelm at 61.2, 30.6

Eggs in One Basket - Starts at Egg Basket at 60.8, 27.9

After completing the inital 5 quests, the only way to progress is by reaching Renown 12 with the Hallowfall Arathi faction
This grants "Lighting the Way IV: Lost Hillhelm family items can now be found from creatures in the Spreading the Light event"

Two quest starters can be found in the Mycomancer Cavern Delve
A Lost Shoe - The A Lost Shoe item can be looted from the Lost Shoe container at 39.1, 21.9
A Clutch of Eggs - The Chicken Eggs item can be looted from the Egg Clutch container at 58.6, 31.9 or 66.8, 73.2

Two quests starters can be found when pulling up Shadowrooted Vine
Buy the Darkroot Grippers from Chef Dinaire and use the item. This gives you the 8 hour Shadowrooted Grippers buff and allows you to pull up the Shadowrooted Vine around the area
In order to see the vendor, you have to light the Lesser Keyflame at 64.4, 31.0 with three Radiant Remnant
When doing this, you will have a chance to also pull up the following quest starters:

• The Ear - The Ear
• 
  
• Unusual Potato - Unusual Potato

Note: If you can't interact with vines after using the Darkroot Grippers, leave the area and come back.

Another quest starter is available to loot from a container in the area, but you first need to use an item that allows you to locate hidden items
Items that provide light include: Sparkbug Jar, Flickering Flame Holder, Patrol Torch, etc.
Lil Piggy - Lil Piggy can be found at 64.7, 26.5 and interacting gives the Lil Piggy item

These quest starters appear to drop from standard mobs in the Light's Blooming area

• Uncle's Eye - I looted my Uncle's Eye from an Invasive Lashroom at 64.7, 33.2
• 
  
• The Plowhead - I looted my Plowhead from a Dark-Crazed Harvester at 65.0, 28.9

These quest starters appear to drop from zone treasure chests

• The Chicken - I looted my Wilber The Chicken from a Fisherman's Pouch treasure at 56.1, 14.5
• 
  
• Lily's Locket - I looted my Lily's Locket from a Farm Satchel treasure at 65.0, 25.9
• 
  
• Lost Diary - I looted my The Lost Diary from a Fisherman's Pouch treasure at 56.1, 14.5

Bugged THIS HAS BEEN FIXED
Lost Diary is currently bugged and giving players the incorrect quest. Blizzard will hopefully hotfix this soon.
This item also appears to drop from zone treasure chests

It seems that you have to target an Invasive Lashroom while pulling a vine to get Radiant Remnants and the quest items.

I was getting nothing from vines until I happened to have a Lashroom targeted and I received a Radiant Remnant. Within 2 pulls while targeting a lashroom, I got the [item=211861] and [item=224465]. Within 10, I got [item=224462]. The Lashroom doesn't need to be alive for this to work.

Edit 2 : This is a theory but I think you can only drop 4 of the 5 items per week, just check with the macros if you are eligible or not to drop them.
