TheWoWDBthe quest item might have a better drop chance when its the dark phase in hallowfall - i was about 150-200 harvesters (both [npc=214389] and [npc=206067]) into the farm when i read comments about that theory. i waited for the next switch to darkness and the item dropped in the first pull after it happened
