This quest takes place within the Forlorn Depths off of the southeastern coast of Broken Shore. It requires you to remain underwater for an extended period of time, so if you do not have the [item=133755] or some other means of breathing under water, find a [object=251355] in the waters nearby (usually are found in the middle of the water column or near the surface), which will provide the buff [spell=216417].
The [item=146947] that you will need for this quest look like treasure chests (actually called Sunken Caches) and can be found on the ocean floor (and in wrecked ships) all throughout the quest area. Other players' interactions with these objects will not affect your ability to do so.
The [npc=118223]s for this quest are elite and have a low respawn timer, but are not player- or faction-tagged, so everyone can participate in their kills.
This quest is shown wrong here, it should be 4 giants and 8 chests. If addons show you 6 giants and 10 chests and you are stuck at 4/6 and didn't collect 8 chests, just finish with them and quest should be completed.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
