I didn't complete this and came back later. Here is how you pick it up:
- Go to the cave at 34.5 84.2
- Take your first right and follow the tunnel
- When you hit a barrier - Use BLINK
Not one mention of it here, so I had to find out the hard way. You gotta complete a quest called "More than just a food vendor" before being able to see this quest. I wasted an hour in this godforsaken place.
