TheWoWDBIf you're like me and really, really don't like Millhouse and you are sort butthurt over the fact that he hasn't been killed off four times by now, you can at least have your petty, little revenge and not accept him as a follower and still complete your order hall campaign.
I tested it. And I still didn't accept his prayers to join my ranks after I completed the campaign. Ok, maybe I'm petty.
