In some locations (e.g. near the group of Tenders and their wagons at 46, 75), there are tiny little acorns on the ground. If you pick these up, they will go into your bags. Then stand in the middle of a group of Enervated Souls (tethered spirit animals with half-green bars) and click the acorns. An aura will emerge to free and heal those souls. You will get a fairly large amount towards the completion bar.
If you follow the road to the world quest icon then the start of it will be on the road above where you see the cave icon on the map.

You will take them to [npc=169822] which look like blue squirrels laying down on the ground either by itself or in groups of up to 4. Doing this will grant you 6% credit per squirrel it is used on.

The item is Pulsing Animacone. This saved me from killing dozens of the mobs otherwise!
