Had trouble finding where to do this quest. It is in a 'garage' facing the street lower than the buildings on Hovel Hill. The coordinates are 33.58 47.99

Description

While you have been getting familiar with the state of Undermine, I have been tracking our prey. The presence of Black Blood is everywhere, hidden behind noisy distractions. But this city cannot fool me. I discovered a Black Blood shipment at a place called Hovel Hill, but there were machines guarding it. We should go together.

That was rough, with Nikki. And worse, those Darkfuse spy-copters saw everything. Feels like we can't get away from all the spies, don't it? The last thing Venture needs is Gallywix thinking these workers ain't loyal 'cause they got caught on footage during one of Nikki's tantrums.
