For some reason the questgiver wasn't there for me. Relogging didn't help either but after a few minutes he eventually just respawned next to the car

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Next stop, Tailgate Park. Bilgewater Cartel used to be in charge there, but Gallywix had other plans. Now the Darkfuse act like they own the place and the Bilgewater... Well, they do the best they can. I'm not sure who runs it now, if anyone does.

I'm not a violent gal by nature, but there are a lot of Darkfuse out there. They're already hassling the locals and they won't like you guys asking questions. You wanna keep your friends safe? You wanna put the locals in better spirits? It'd probably be best if there were a whole lot less Darkfuse.
