If you can talk to [npc=108685] at the Lorna's Watch FP, and if you have a goblin glider or similar slow fall item, ask him to take you to the top of Galebroken Path, and you can float into the quest area without having to clear lots of mobs on the way into the village.
I had a bit of trouble finding the 6th cage, but I found it: it was outside the east gate of the village, at 46.34 72.80.
