Stellagosa walks out to the entrance and then despawns along with Valtrois.
You just need to squeeze past those ley crystals obstructing the exit and you'll find them again on the other side, ready to fly.

What to do
Description
I must say I am impressed, {name}. You and your friend were able to fix a ley line, and you are not even dragons! You both seem exhausted by this ordeal. Allow me to help you get back home.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

All done, <name>! We have but one more step and Shal'Aran will have all the mana it needs. Now that I have better access to the ley line below I can break the pool so that it will flow through properly.
