TheWoWDBLilian Voss gives you her own Hearthstone, [item=191029], to return to Tirisfall to speak with Master Apothecary Faranell and turn in Return to Brill, as part of the new "Return to Lordaeron" storyline (led by [npc=185512]) released in the 9.2.5 patch on 5/31/22.
Interestingly, when you use [item=191029], the point you're Hearthed to is exactly within one of the open coffins in the basement of the Inn in Brill!
I thought that was a tremendously nice touch.Also --and I can't imagine this was an accident or coincidence-- the ID number for quest Return to Brill is ID=65666! Hehehe :D

If you're like me, you started this quest the very day 9.2.5 hit....when world server kept going down.
I'll keep this simple, if you used Lillian's Hearthstone, and were booted from the server, your hearthstone will most likely disappear.
DO NOT travel to brill on your own like I did. The NPC was not there for me, and may not be for you either.Simply abandon the quest, and pick it back up. You now have a new hearthstone!
Use Lillian HS to go back to Brill ..
Flying there on your own is bad idea ...
DON'T land in Blight as I did ....

Description
We've strengthened our plague eater, and now it looks ready to take on a much, much bigger meal. Let's get it back to Faranell. He said he can replicate its properties and disperse plague eaters all across the ruins. Then maybe, just maybe, we can set foot in our home again. Here, take my hearthstone. It'll bring you back to Brill.
