Go see Thraka the Windrider Master inside the camp at 38,42. Tell her that you have been ordered to bomb Astranaar and she will give you a windrider to attack with. You will see the familiar vehicle controls come up and key 1 is for your bombs. Key 3 turns your mount around and heads back to camp. You will fly back and forth across Astranaar until you have managed to destroy enough vehicles and people. Easy quest and back to Captain Goggath to hand it in.

I was leveling at midnight and made the mistake of not taking the time to read the quest. I just swam over to the island to kill Night Elves. You can guess the rest.

Small Stature, Short FuseAshenvale · Level 7-30
<Tweedle gesticulates emphatically.> I've done it! This should satisfy even Goggath! We just need a test that will sufficiently show off our efforts... ahh, the wagon! The bossman's wanted that rotted out piece of junk hauled off for days.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

Condition Critical!Ashenvale · Level 7-30
We have the enemy on their heels. Victory is within sight! It is not yet time to celebrate though, <class>. There remains much to be done before the Horde can lay claim to Ashenvale. At Raynewood Retreat to the east a battle has been joined. Reports indicate many Horde wounded.
