These are portals, (not doors or entrances).
one at 68.75
other east at 71.74
Worth mentioning the Stormstone is a green stone in your bags, barely noticeable so look hard.
As for the portals, the one at 68.75 looked like a glowing "orb" like most portals, the other one at 71.74 didn't, but it did sparkles/lightning instead.

What to do
Description
If we're to have a shot against Abyssion, we must make sure he receives no aid from reinforcements. You will find two gateways in his lair to the east. Use this stormstone to disrupt their operation. If everything goes as planned, we'll be able to tackle Abyssion without him being able to receive much assistance.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Abyssion's Minions
If it's the dragon that's got the fragment, we're going to need to draw his attention back to his den. Go to Abyssion's Lair just east of here and defeat his underlings. That should get him to show up with the World Pillar fragment sooner or later.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The World Pillar Fragment
It is time, <name>. We have spotted Abyssion making his way to the lair. The Twilight's Hammer might've thought the fragment would be safe if a dragon guarded it, but I've met enough dragons to know their one weakness. Pride. Abyssion's not going to run from a fight with us puny mortals.
