Scrambling for Eggs

Scrambling for Eggs is a quest for level 30-35 in Mount Hyjal. It is step 60 of 118 in the Mount Hyjal storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Mount Hyjal at 42.2, 45.5. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,800 experience and money.

Description

There's a pattern to these Wormwing attacks. While groups make a showy assault on the shrine itself, others swoop into the nearby nests and make off with eggs from all the flying creatures of Hyjal.

These animals are under our protection. Before we find out why the Wormwing are doing this, it's up to us to rescue as many eggs as we can from their talons.

  • The Wormwing ProblemMount Hyjal · Level 30-35

Skylord Omnuron has been too gentle with the Wormwing harpies. He allows them to share a perch on this mountain just because they're creatures of the air. Well <class>, not all creatures of the air are created equal. When the attacks on Hyjal began, the Wormwing went into a frenzy.

After this quest

  • A Bird in HandMount Hyjal · Level 30-35

It's time to get to the bottom of this. We need to interrogate the matron of these beasts, Marion Wormwing. We'll capture her alive. Here's the plan: The harpies communicate across the ridge using a series of signal fires. If we extinguish one, Marion is sure to come investigate.
