TheWoWDBYou'll get an extra action button for a Soulreaping Totem. Use this in the world quest area to summon Ancient Exiles from the sand, and kill them to loot Ancient Coins. The extra action button didn't show up right away, it took some running for it to come up.

When you're alone there doesn't seem to be any way to speed up the spawn rate - you can't drop multiple totems at once. However immediately after you drop a totem a couple seem to spawn fairly quickly, so re-dropping your totem every 2-3 might help a little...
...however if there's someone else of your faction in the area, you can both drop your totems in the same place, share tags & get the quest done substantially quicker.
