Waiting for this to pop in 11.0.7, I'm starting to think that such an idiotic WQ spawn frequency serves no other purpose than being another small brick in the FOMO/engagement wall.
If you play like a completionist in the slightest, you're drawn to doing everything in the future, thus racking up more /played in the process, fearing that one day it could be part of a shoddy achievement criterion.BFA was full of that stuff. Whiplash, a rare for Adventurer of Stormsong Valley literally took *months* between spawns when it was current content, while people are still on the hunt for the last colour of Sabertron Assemble.
WQs aren't engaging content to begin with, and taking them *weeks* to spawn, having to check the BFA WQ page multiple times a day, shouldn't be a thing.
edit: finally UP ON EU, Jan 16th 2025.

This WQ did not spawn at all the entire month of December 2024 on NA servers. Blizzard increase the frequency of this WQ or fix whatever bug is preventing it from showing up!
Cancel the Blood Troll Apocalypse is one of Nazmir world quests and you can start it at The Fallen Outpost subzone at 53.77 76.04 when it is active.
- Mount A.F.M.O.D robot by speaking with [npc=134758] and fly.
Robot has 1 ability to bomb mobs from above with short cd.
You can't control the movement, just have to choose targets for your bomb ability on the ground.- You need to focus mobs near the road first
Don't try to bomb same location twice- When you start moving north you will see blood spheres with 5-6 mobs near them.
Target each spheresIf you can do it in 30 seconds you will get the A Most Efficient Apocalypse.
