This is a part of chain that leading you to obtain [npc=102594] as Follower on lvl 109.

Chain has 3 quests, starts directly from [npc=102594] in Rogue Order Hall.

1. Noggenfogger's Reasonable Request
Basicly just buy 20 Aethril on Auction House. It is really cheap.
2. A Particularly Potent Potion
Fly directly on flying mount at the center of area and do quest by talking with npc and watching over for guards with Detection. IMPORTANT! This must be done in stealth.
3. Champion: Marin Noggenfogger
Just pick him ;)
