Yes if you have completed the campaign on another char you can visit Sidormi inside the inn in silvermoon and talk to her to skip leveling campaign. Then pick up the quest "feeding the flame" from Lorethmar in the middle of silvermoon and finish that questline first.

Description

Turalyon reports the Vanguard of the Light is prepared to march on Xal'atath's stronghold. Would that I could join you for the charge. I will keep my retainer of forces here to maintain the defense of the Sunwell and Silvermoon while you take the fight to our enemy. Muster in the Voidstorm, take the fight to the Voidspire, and bring an end to this great enemy. Good hunting.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
