Some friendly advice:

1) Do this quest FIRST THING when entering the Maw. You want ZERO tiers on the Jailer Eye ! Start fresh and clean because if you wipe, the Eye will countdown.
2) Use the cloak Venari gave you. Jailer's Eye is NOT AFFECTED when cloaked.
2a) Stay cloaked always! And, avoid the floating eye mobs that are hunting you ( they have a blue circle around them as always with things hunting you while you are cloaked in whatever quests in the past). Stay out of their blue circle or you will loose cloak and they will attack with the all mobs nearby. You die.
3) TAKE YOUR TIME! Dont rush!
4) Keep going down stairs and follow the golden feathers that lead you to Danica, The Caged Bird.
5) Get the seal from Kjellrun to free Danica. Kjellrun's cave is literally 10 ft to your right next to Danica's cage
6) STAY CLOAKED! Go into cave and approach Kjellrun onher platform.
7) Solo Kjellrun by ignoring all of her non-elite mobs and guards. Simply go up to Kjellrun way way way in the back, target her, and fire! You'll lose your cloak obviously. The Mobs wont care
8) Beware of other players who will pug this quest! They will see you killing her and enter the cave uncloaked and attracting all mobs to you. Im sorry if you have to go through this
9) Once she is dead, loot the seal, GET BACK INTO CLOAK ASAP! Mobs will ignore you now and instantly go after the pug that tried to troll you in step 8 above.
10) run out to Danica and free her. GET BACK INTO CLOAK. Complete quest. Watch Cinematic.

I did this solo on ret pally ilvl 204. Just watch out for those pugs.

Description

Remain quiet. We must not attract attention. Many of my sisters have already been lost. It will soon be my turn to perish in that witch's vile ritual. Release me from this cage and I can see us both to safety. Keeper Odyn must be warned of this foul betrayal! The Mawsworn called Kjellrun holds the seal that can free me. You can find her gloating in the nearby hall.
