Clefthoof Training: Rakkiri

* go to 72 69 in Frostfire Ridge, Rakkiri will be flying above you
* Use an item on your inventory called Icehoof-in-Training Whistle
* Kill Rakkiri
* Click on the red arrow above your skills to leave the mount
