For this quest to be available the daily Clues Abound should be available and you already on it.
Then when you go get a clue that the quest above demands you should search for the [item=168236] item and get it. Turn in the quest after you get the card and the quest Time for Heroics will be the follow-up.
While you're on aforementioned quest you should go to Adalin at (75.2 69.8) and get Deck 'Em from her.
IMPORTANT: if you turn in Time for Heroics before getting the quest from Adalin it will disappear.

WARNING! On 7/9 If you turn in the quest to find Adalin before accepting Deck Em, the Deck Em quest will disappear. :(

I completed this quest the first time this set of dailies were available, but as of today (the second time they are up) completion has been removed from my quest to complete all the visitor dailies.
