Kill mutated lashers. Seems to be that big and small lashers both give runestone fragments. Also if you see a lasher vine, click on it and "pull". Both of the ones I did gave fragments.

If you are looking for [icondb=2341436] [npc=152633] , just go to the main section of Wowhead, in "Today in WoW" and check if [npc=152501] is among the Mechagon Visitors. If so, she will give you the Clues Abound quest which you must finish with [npc=152633] who will appear flying over a [icondb=652810] flying disc of "The Lorewalkers" once you have arrived to the quest area and will accompany you until you find one of the three objects that triggers the following missions:
- A Growing Mystery Object Needed →[item=168234] founded inside [object=325965]
- A Historical Mess Object Needed →[item=168223]
- Time for Heroics Object Needed →[item=168236]

Description
This runestone could be of Vrykul origins. Is it possible that Vrykul once visited this island? Where there's one runestone, there's usually more. The roots of lashers are drawn to the magic of runestones. If there are more buried here, the Lasher roots maybe wrapped around them! Clear these lashers and see if any have runestones tangled in their roots.
