If this quest is up, it is the trigger for the rare Fungarian Furor

If you want to spawn the Furor, go to the area of the quest, but do NOT complete the quest. Start clicking on the little white mushrooms in the area.

To spawn the rare [npc=151884] while on this quest, save yourself some time and add the correct id to your favorite rare tracking addon (I use Silver Dragon), then you can mouseover mushrooms and just click the one for the rare

The Fungarian Furor seems to NOT be a rare spawn of each Mushroom. If you have an Addon that shows you the ID of each object you Mouseover (such as idTip), you can see the IDs of the Mushrooms.

ID 151893 = DOES NOT SPAWN THE RARE Fungarian Furor
ID 135497 = SPAWNS THE RARE Fungarian Furor

I've tried it multiple times and every time i found a Mushroom with the ID 135497 he spawned. So you can run/fly around and search for the right one, if there doesnt seem to be one up, i think you unfortunately have to click a few in order to make them respawn.

Description

Look at what they've done to this island, {name}. Nature is nearly extinguished, its death cry falling on the deaf ears of mechagnomes. But I have heard the teeny tiny animals of Mechagon, and bring aid from afar! It won't be easy to restore balance to a land so severely wounded. Nature's scars run deep here. Thankfully, we are not alone. I've brought living sap from Nordrassil, the World Tree of Mount Hyjal. Use it to regrow the forests and speed nature's recovery in this land.
