TheWoWDBIn order to actually pick up this quest, you need to be in War Mode. Crafticus Mindbender doesn't offer it in non-war mode. So if you're like me and hoping to pick it up when you're not planning on actively doing it right away but can't figure out why it's not offered... there you go, I guess lol
