I had a bit of difficulty with this quest.
Spam #1 while targeting a mob (each mob needs to be hit twice). Watch for a stream of lightning "attached" to you and use your #2 button to "absorb" the damage. "Absorbing" 3 charges will cause larger amounts of damage with #1.
After killing the 12 Stormbenders, your gryphon will fly higher where the final mob is located. Stormbenders may continue to attack you with the lightning, so keep aware and use #2 as needed.
Use same tactics with Servias Windterror. When Windterror has about 135k health left, you will be dismounted from your gryphon and have to kill him using your class abilities. He will cast his static flux, at which time you will have to move to the edge of the platform until he's done casting it or you will take massive amounts of damage (I died -- twice..). When you've finished him off, you will be mounted on a gryphon and flown to safety.
If at any point your gryphon dies, you will fall to the ground to your death unless you have slowfall etc. You will automatically be resurrected at the graveyard located near the quest giver.

I tried doing this quest as a 120. I flew up, killed the 12 I needed, then went to the boss, killed it, and... spent the next 10 mins circling the boss as the gryphon didn't stop or take me back.
The quest was registered as completed, however I have no method of ending this flight or dismounting. The solution I found to this is logging out while riding the gryphon. One you log back on you spawn where you started.
Another hint: don't hit the static absorb button as soon as the bolt hits you. When the static charge spell she casts hits the end if your absorb shield has worn off you get a good sized hit to your health. You want your absorb shield to be UP when the static charge spell wears off.

What to do
Description
Thanks to you and Iain, we've got enough riders together that we can take the fight back to the Twilight. We're trained to fight while ridin', but a second rider to handle the Stormhammer tends to be more efficient. I thought you might enjoy the honor. Pick your gryphon and join the fight. Best be quick about it though - we're aimin' to clear every last one of those Twilight off of those floatin' rocks before the hour's out.

- Personal Request
Shame about the Doyles. It's a fair miracle that as many of us made it out as is though, so can't count it as much of a surprise. Those louts at Thundermar are cowards. Even after tellin' them it was Keegan askin', they won't set foot outside of their town.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Lost Brother
Me brother Bahrum has gone missing! He was one of the first scouts in the area. All the others have returned safely, but there be no sign of him. Da says he's just dawdlin' somewhere, but he's me only brother, and I promised me mum that I would keep him safe. Will you please find him?
