In a word, a pain...
Fly into Witchwood and head north on the path to
/way 42.96 31.10 Turn right here
Turn right and go to
/way 44.75 35.23 Path to Felhide Gargantuan
Follow the path up. There are harpies and other fun NPCs along the way but you should be able to just ride past them.
The Felhide Gargantuan "shares" the location with Tenpak Flametotem. (Actually, Felhide pats around Tenpak's location.)
Two for the headache of one!
Merry Christmas and happy hangover...
For the Felhide world quest that takes place on top of the mountain around 42,41 -- Find 44,31 and then take the path up at 44,35 at the base of the mountain to get there.
There is more than one spawn point in High Mountain,
I found a world quest at
/way 43.71, 24.26
The path that leads up to it is at
/way 43.64, 26.04

Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
