TheWoWDBWhen you reach 110 lvl you'll get profession world quests. One of the skinning quest is to kill and skin [npc=103675]. They first time you skin felhide you'll get [item=129863] which starts Felhide quest chain.

Do I have to wait for this world quest to appear on the map?
In case anyone is wondering, you can complete the world quest and learn Felhide skinning even if you haven't completed all of the skinning quests. I just did this and am only Rank 2 in Stormscale and Stonehide leathers.

Description
This demonic hide is completely unlike any standard beast hide you are accustomed to. Your skinning trainer in Dalaran would be interested in seeing this.
