Only get a kill if you have got the first hit on a mob.
GL with 10+ doing this quest, even more so if you have classes with big aoe doing quest to.
From my experience, these enemies are faction-tagged, so it should be relatively quick and easy so long as you work with members of your faction.
Takes place on the Stonefin Shoals, which are found beneath Deliverance Point to the west.
