Built to Blast

Built to Blast is a quest for level 80 in The Ringing Deeps. It is step 11 of 13 in the Lingering Shadows storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in The Ringing Deeps at 60.5, 79.8. It rewards 11,750 experience and money.

Description

We've got an intel problem, but we've also got a clank problem.

If you look over there, there's a big, haywire mech that's just going crazy. There's no way anyone's going to uncover anything while that's out in the field.

We should do something about that.

I don't know why this has been a reoccuring issue this expansion, but Renzik "The Shiv's" lines are not voiced where everyone else's is. It's very jarring and unfortunately immersion breaking. I was hoping after several weeks since 11.0.7's launch this would have been fixed, but nope!

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Hey, What's Going On?The Ringing Deeps · Level 80

Time to do some networking. There's a bunch of goblins outside of Opportunity Point, over there in the Abyssal Excavation. I heard some of them grumbling as they started their shift. Let's see what some friendly words shake loose. While you're out there, check out the used fuel drums.

After this quest

  • Bat Versus WorldThe Ringing Deeps · Level 80

When I scouted, I heard and saw things that I don't understand. Perhaps if I describe it to you and the goblins, you will know what it means.
